Full Boarding
The following amenities are included in full boarding:
- Rental of a Spacious 12’ x 14’ stall with grilled stall fronts, solid feed doors and grilled sliding stall doors. Includes open access to adjacent 12’ x 14’ lookout pen or
- Rental of a Spacious 12’ x 14’ stall with grilled stall fronts, solid feed doors and grilled sliding stall doors.
- Individual stall Fly Spray as per recommended schedule from Insectspray
- Daily health inspection.
- Feed provided twice daily.
- High quality hay provided twice daily depending on turnout and season.
- Bedding.
- Automatic water feeders.
- Stalls cleaned twice daily.
- Daily turnout, weather permitting.
- Pastures and Paddocks cleaned once per day.
- Blanketing (put on, take off, change for weather, check several times a day for unbuckled straps, etc.)
- Vet Stall.
- Use of air conditioned Tack room.

Security Gate Access
Security Gate access to the Ranch is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm only (Winter schedule).
Boarders are only permitted to ride during these hours u
nless otherwise arranged.
A negative Coggins test must be suppled as well as a health check by an approved Veterinarian prior to the new horse(s) arrival.
This is not a boarding agreement, but a general schedule of fees and services.
Included in the boarding agreement are policies pertaining to the handling and use of boarded horses on the premises.
These policies are intended to provide a safe environment for both horse and people and are strictly enforced.
Boarding fees do not cover the costs of additional nutritional supplements, exercise,
grooming, shoeing or minor vet care.
Rates and services are subject to change at 30 day notice.
